Shipping

Every Via Nova item is made to order and printed just for you. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for production, plus an additional 3-7 business days for shipping. Most US orders arrive within 5-12 business days from the day you place them.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders below this threshold ship at standard rates calculated at checkout.

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner's facility. International orders may take 10-21 business days and are subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Via Nova piece is custom-printed on demand, we don't accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Sizing exchanges: If your item doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for the correct size. The original item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping on size exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
